This is very minor and can be corrected while building truing. The rim only has about 1000 miles on it and has tons of miles left on it. This rim is from a front wheel that had the hub damaged. If you're looking at this chances are you've realized that these wheels don't have spare replacement parts available from Shimano.
Used Shimano dura ace 9000 c24 front clincher rim. So, instead of trying to find a replacement hub I just bought a new front wheel and am not parting out what's left of the wheel. Note the rim isn't perfectly straight meaning that if you lay it on a perfectly flat surface it has a very small wobble.
