The flat diameter stays small enough so to not restrict hand movements when riding on the tops. These handlebars were bought brand new directly from Thomson. Mid flat profile HB-E119 HB-E122 available in 38cm, Drop 148mm, Reach 89mm. I installed them and only rode once.

Concave shaping on the bottom side allows housing to be taped and out of way. Made from 7000 series aluminum, and sharing the carbon drop bar shapes, alloy bars feature 3 profiles a mid flat, round profile, flared dirt. The mid flat is minimal in design and big on comfort.
