5mm, gloss black for sram derivative gxp bb86 and 68mm outboard bottom brackets traditional 5-arm 110 bcd. If the cap is not loose on disassembly, it likely already locked caps will tend to spin as bolt removed they also turn with thumb-pressure.

These caps are not essential except when removing the cranks. For sale is one new, open-stock: Oval 300 compact double crank arm set, note: this set does not come in retail packaging it has faint handling wear but never been used.

Shown is a stock image. The Oval 300 are good, stiff, mid-entry level cranks manufactured for fuji and kestrel bikes. 10 ounce notes gxp spindles taper to 22mm on the non-drive side they are not compatible with hollow tech systems.

These cranks are suitable for bb86 and 68mm outboard gxp type bottom brackets. If you're replacing cranks with damaged pedal taps, cross-threading and insufficient tightening is the most common cause. Self-extracting crank systems utilize a bolt and cap as the is removed, head imparts force on.

There is minor tooling to the extractor-cap. Specifications I personally use a self-extracting system and simply leave off the cap. To avoid loss, it is advisable apply a little thread locker the cap only or, may simply be left off and installed when needed for service. Product is functionally excellent.

Also, to function correctly, the bolt head must be greased so that it may rotate freely against cap. Are not included.
