Not sure if the calipers share same model number, but are standard 2-piston. The front brake hose has a length of roughly 30in or 760mm. The model for the lever seems to be HD-M276n. Came with bike and used for about 400miles.

The rear break hose has been cut, but should be easy to source a new one. A front and rear set of Tektro mountain bike brake levers calipers.
