Details:

The bearings are smooth and its good to go. That's why it is silver. This headset has seen about 500 miles on a gravel bike. The lower cup inner removal lip had some light burrs from the park tool so I gave it a hand sand to clean them.

There are a couple of tiny scratches on the lower cup exterior. Star nut and crown race are NOT included.
