They are new and in good condition, one rim has a small nick in the edge see pics, also one rim has the rim sticker missing.

These rim's are narrow profile rims, which was common for the late 80's and 90's, they will fit a standard 20 tire, but are not as wide as a vintage 20 rim from the 70's.
