Seat shows wear tear from age/use but is fully functional, rails are rusted could be cleaned up, Maurice logos look good, blue seat cover has slight tears and staining shown in pics. Thanks This padded blue 1990Mongoose seat made by Viscount with yellow highlights is hard to find and still looks awesome despite imperfections.
