The only reason its up for sale is the person changed their mind about having it cut down to 740mm after was already. NOTE: This is a Take Off from New Santa Cruz mountain bike. You can see its been mounted to a stem before and just barely its had controls brakes/Axis shiftier pod but in Excellent Condition.
